摘要
现代市场经济中,商业竞争日益激烈,各种促销手段被运用到商品销售过程中,其中积分卡的使用较为普遍。积分消费的目的是让利于消费者、激发顾客消费热情,以确保商家拥有相当数量的固定消费群体。然而在积分卡的使用过程中,出现了一些商家内部员工恶意积分的现象,不仅损害了商家利益,而且给企业形象造成了恶劣影响。通过介绍如何应用统计分析方法从繁多的消费记录中剥离出这些作弊积分卡的方法,从而维护管理制度的尊严和保护商家的利益。
In the modern market economy, commercial competition is becoming more and more intense. All kinds of promotion measures have been applied to the process of goods sales, among which, the loyalty card is widely used to ensure that business companies have a considerable number of fixed-consumption group. However, during the interaction process using the card, some point cards are used by the internal employees. Not only does it harm the interests of the company, but also result in adverse effects. How to apply statistical probability method to find these cheating cards was described in order to maintain the management system and protect the interests of business.
