摘要 根据经济学两个基本假设对学生评教的分析,学生评教应该坚持改进教学、服务学生的根本原则,同时赋予学生更多的自由。学生评教应该定位于学生和教师之间进行教学交流的制度平台和长效机制,而不是学生评价教师教学和人事管理的简单工具。教学管理部门对学生评教信息应该进行科学地统计分析,据此可以知晓教师授课的适合度,从而调整教师授课的具体安排。 Students' Evaluation of Teaching(SET)is an important system of teaching quality management in higher education institutes.Based on the analysis of the SET system with two basic assumptions of economics,the fundamental principle——improving teaching and serving students——should be adhered to in the implementation of the SET system.Simultaneously students should be endowed with more freedom.SET should be orientated as a system platform and long-effect mechanism through which students and teachers can communicate teaching information,instead of a simple tool of students evaluating teaching and personnel management.The teaching management department should analyze the SET information statistically and scientifically,which can help the administrators know the fitness of teachers' giving lessons and improve the arrangement of teaching.
