摘要
近年来通过探测高压纳秒脉冲气体放电中X射线来研究放电过程中高能电子逃逸行为,进而探索高压纳秒脉冲气体放电机理受到了国内外广泛关注。在介绍纳秒脉冲气体放电中X射线的产生及探测方法基础上,综述了国内外纳秒脉冲气体放电实验中X射线探测实验的研究进展,分析了研究中的探测装置、主要结果和影响因素及相应的解决方法,以期为探测高压纳秒脉冲气体机理提供参考。
More attention has been paid to detecting X-ray from gas breakdown under HV nanosecond pulse both at home and ahroad in order to explore the runaway behavior of high-energy electrons and discharge mechanism during the breakdown process. In this paper, the generation and detection methods of the X-ray are introduced, and the progress in detection experiments of X-ray from gas breakdown under HV nanosecond pulse is reviewed. Moreover, the detection apparatus, the main conclusions, the influence factors on detection and the corresponding solutions are analyzed to facilitate further researches on gas breakdown mechanism under HV nanosecond pulse.
