摘要
减速器的滞回曲线测量是确定其扭转刚度、传动精度的重要手段。传统的逐步加载法耗时长、精度提高困难,文中提出了电机连续加载的测试方法,设计了精密行星伺服减速器静态测试的新方案,开发了基于LabVIEW的滞回曲线测试系统。实验结果表明,该方案具有较高精度,满足快速测量要求,并以此提出了一种新的滞回曲线测量标准。
Hysteretic curve measurement of reduction was important for determination of its torsional stiffness and transmission accuracy. The method of load increment was not suitable for high precision test. A new method of continuous loading with servo motor is proposed and a new hysteretic curve measurement system of the precise planetary reducer is developed bases on LabVIEW. The measurement system is implemented and the preliminary experimental results reveal its validation. The mentioned measurement method and system are adopted as the national standard.
