摘要
以离子液体[Bmim]BF4和水的混合溶剂为萃取溶剂,采用微波辅助技术萃取金银花中的绿原酸,并对微波辅助条件进行了优化。结果表明,萃取溶剂V[Bmim]BF4/V水为4/11;萃取时间9min;微波功率600W条件下微波辅助萃取绿原酸,绿原酸的萃取得率为1.475%。与传统的溶剂萃取方法进行比较,离子液体萃取法快速、高效。
The application of hydrophilic imidazole ionic liquid [Bmim]BF4 mixed with water for solvent extraction, and microwave-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle were investigated. The effects of microwave power, extraction time and solvent were discussed, respectively. The optimal conditions were that the solvent was V[Bmim]BF4 /V ,(4/11 ), the extraction time was 9 min; the microwave power was 600 W, the yield of ehlorogenic acid was 4.75%. The proposed method was rapid and efficient to extract chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle compared with traditional solvent extraction.
