摘要
目的:观察金荞麦提取物对小鼠痛经模型的影响。方法:己烯雌酚与缩宫素联用引起小鼠扭体反应和离体子宫收缩,然后观察不同浓度的金荞麦提取物对其影响。结果:金荞麦提取物显著降低缩宫素引起的小鼠扭体动物数及扭体反应次数;对缩宫素引起的小鼠离体子宫收缩的平均张力也有明显的抑制作用。对二者的抑制作用均呈剂量依赖性。结论:金荞麦提取物对小鼠离体和在体痛经模型有良好的治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the therapy effects of Rhizoma Fagopyrum Dibotryis on dysmenorrhea models in mouse. Methods:Diethylstilbestrol and oxytocin were used to induce twisting body reaction and contraction of isolated uterus of the mice. Then different dosages of Rhizoma Fagopyrum Dibotryis extraction were applied to study their affection on these reactions induced by diethylstilbestrol and oxytocin. Results:Rhizoma Fagopyrum Dibotryis extraction markedly decreased the amount of,mice which had tortility and the number of twisting body. It also reduced the tension of isolated mouse uterus stimulated by oxytocin.All the effects showed a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion:Rhizoma Fagopyrum Dibotryis extraction had a good curative effect on mice dysmenorrhea models.
