摘要
目的:运用"知信行模式"[1]探究健康教育课程及实践对护理本科学生健康教育能力的影响。方法:本研究把本院2006级护理本科生作为研究对象,选修社区模块课学习的为实验组,其余为对照组。社区模块学生接受相关课程、组织深入社区开展健康调查、收集资料、评估、制作健康教育计划,分组进行角色扮演及时进行效果评价。本研究主要采用自制问卷调查。结果:实验组通过课程学习、社区实践,对健康教育的相关知识更加了解,提高了护生对健康教育重要性的认识,从而更加主动实施。同时发现健康教育能力与沟通能力、专业兴趣等因素也存在相关性。结论:健康教育课程对于护理系学生是非常有必要的,该课程应完善教学手段,课堂与实践并重,提高教学效果,注重学生沟通能力的培养。
Objective:To explore the practice of health education courses and undergraduate nursing students on health education capacity with "KAP model". Methods:2006 undergraduate nursing students as research subjects,the one elective community class who accepted Related courses,organized into the community to carry out health surveys,collect information,assess and make health education programs and role-playing for the experimental group,and the rest as the control group. The study used self-made questionnaire. Results:The experimental group have a better understanding of health education and Strong implementation of the initiative. The capacity of health education and communication skills,professional interests and other factors are also associated. Conclusion:Health education programs is necessary for nursing students,which should improve the teaching methods,combination learning with practicing to enhance teaching effectiveness and focus on communication skills training.
