摘要
GB 12337—1998《钢制球形储罐》中计算球罐自振周期的方法中没有考虑内压等载荷对自振周期的影响,运用ANSYS8.1的预应力模态求解技术,获得了更为精确的球罐工作状态下的自振频率。以标准地震反应谱为依据,运用谱分析法对球罐结构进行了抗震分析,得到了更为精确的球罐结构在地震工况下的应力分布,此方法可以运用到球罐结构的分析设计中,替代目前常用的将地震力视为作用于球体上的单一的水平加速度的方法。
As the method of calculating natural vibration period of spherical tank in GB 12337- 1998《Steel Spherical Tank》 does not consider the effect of internal pressure on the natural vibration period, more precise natural vibration period was calculated by applying ANSYSS. 1 prestress modal analysis technology. Based on the standard seismic response spectrum, more precise stress distribution of spherical tank under earthquake load was obtained by spectrum analysis. This method can be used in the design of spherical tank to replace the method.in GB 12337-1998 《Steel Spherical Tank》 , which is regarded as earthquake load as single horizontal acceleration on the structure.
