局部减薄埋地三通塑性极限内压的有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对埋地三通外表面局部减薄缺陷,采用弹塑性有限元分析软件ANSYS,研究了单一内压作用下外壁局部减薄埋地等径三通的塑性极限载荷。考虑几何非线性和材料非线性,分析了缺陷尺寸的变化和位置沿主管底部轴向变化对埋地三通塑性极限载荷影响的变化规律和失效模式,根据腐蚀区的载荷-应变图,对模型的塑性极限载荷进行了预测,研究结果可为含局部减薄等径三通结构设计和安全评定提供理论依据和数值参考。 In this paper, ANSYS ,a software of elasto-plastic FEM, is used to evaluate the limit load for the equal-diameter T-junctions of piping with local wall-thinning under a single internal pressure. Taking geometrical nonlinearity and material non- linearity into consideration, investigations are made of the effects of the sizes and positions of local wall-thinning on the plastic limit load of the equal-diameter T-junctions of piping. The failure modes of equal-diameter piping branch junctions with local wall-thinning are studied. With the load-strain diagram in the erosion area, the plastic limit load is predicted. The obtained results may provide theoretical bases and numerical references for structural design and safety assessment of the equal diameter T- junctions of piping with local wall-thinning.
