摘要 以烷基二胺、氯乙酸为原料经一步反应合成出N,N-二乙酸基-N′-十八烷基丙撑二胺盐酸盐系列新型甜菜碱沥青乳化剂,并利用红外光谱对产物结构进行了鉴定。利用表面张力法,测定了该系列乳化剂的临界胶束浓度和在临界胶束浓度下的表面张力。乳化性能测试表明,乳化剂具有很好的乳化能力,部分乳化沥青的储存稳定性好,为慢裂快凝型沥青乳化剂。该乳化剂合成工艺简单,是一种比较有发展前途的阳离子沥青乳化剂。 Novel betaine -type asphalt emulsifiers of N, N - diacetic acid - N' - octadecyl - propylenediamine hydrochloride acid salt were synthesized by the reaction of alkyldiamine with chloroacetic acid. Its structures were identified by FTIR. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) and the surface tension at CMC of the emulsifiers were determined by the surface tension method. The emulsifiers had good emulsifying ability to asphalt, some of the stability of the asphalt emulsion were excellent. It belongs to slow breaking rapid setting emulsifier. The synthesis process of the emulsifier was simple. The cationic emulsifier may have a better application in the future.
