摘要
利用扫描电镜测试研究了锰铜合金奥贝球铁锥齿轮啮合后齿轮表面显微组织的演变。结果表明,齿轮啮合后其表面残余奥氏体转变成马氏体组织,显著提高了齿轮的表面硬度导致其耐磨性和使用寿命提高。
The mating surface microstructure and hardness of helical bevel gear made of Mn-Cu alloyed austempered ductile iron (ADI) have been investigated using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and micro-hardness measurement,resulting in that mating surface hardness,wear-resisting property and service life of helical bevel gear have significantly increased due to residual austenite transformation into martensite.
