开发实施中的中国铬酸钠新工艺(Ⅰ) 被引量:14

New technologies for sodium chromate being developed and implemented in China(Ⅰ)

摘要 进入21世纪,中国已成为全球铬化合物产量最大的国家,不仅总体规模增大,而且各铬盐厂的生产能力也普遍增大。铬盐厂技术开发上的优势对提高其竞争力至关重要,因此,各铬盐厂有的成立试验室或开发中心,开展技术研究;有的已拥有了具有自主知识产权的新技术;有的已申报发明专利和实用新型专利。介绍了已经实施和正在进行中间试验的新技术,包括:无钙焙烧生产工艺、钾碱液相氧化法、化工-冶金法(铬酸钠-碳素铬铁联产法)、冶金-化工法(碳素铬铁-铬酸钠联产法)、由碳素铬铁生产氧化铬及其他铬化合物等。 Since entering the 21st century,China has become the world′s largest country in the production of chromium compounds,not only the overall size expanded,but also the productive capacity of chromium plants generally increased.The advantage on the technology development is of the utmost importance for chromium plants to enhance their competitiveness,therefore,some plants establish laboratories or development centers to carry out the technical research.Some of them have already possess new technologies with independent intellectual property rights;some have submited the application for invention patents and utility model patents.Many new technologies were introduced,some have been implemented and some are in the pilot experiment stage,which include:calcium-free calcination production process,caustic potash solution liquid-phase oxidation method,chemical-metallurgy method(sodium chromate-carbon ferrochrome co-production method),metallurgy-chemical method(carbon ferrochrome-sodium chromate co-production method),and the production method of chromium oxide and other chromium compounds from carbon ferrochrome etc..
