摘要
以巴山松大配子体为酶源材料,应用同工酶电泳技术,分析了巴山松3个地理群体的谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶(GOT)同工酶。结果表明:巴山松天然群体GOT同工酶由3个多态基因位点组成,分别定名为GOT-A,GOT-B和GOT-C;3个地理群体不论在酶谱表型,还是各位点等位基因频率分布上,都表现出较高的变异水平。
Seed samples were collected from 3 natural geographical populations of Pinus henryi Mast. and megagametophytes were analyzed through the methord of horizontal polycrylamide gel electrophoresis at 3 loci of GOT.The results showed that the GOT isozyme of Pinus henryi Mast. consisted of three polymorphic loci: GOT-A,GOT-B and GOT-C.The 3 populations at various regions showed high variation not only on the patterns of enzyme but also on the distribution of gene freguency at various loci.
