摘要
某公司乙烯球罐焊接、热处理完成后,对产品试板进行力学性能试验,立焊的焊缝冲击值不符合设计要求。从焊接材料、母材,焊接线能量,焊后消除应力热处理等方面对焊缝冲击值不符合设计要求的原因作了初步探讨;根据断裂力学的研究成果,对该球罐的冲击韧性需求进行了推算,得出该球罐可以在静载荷条件下安全运行,中等载荷可以在限制条件下运行,不能在冲击载荷条件下运行的结论。
Mechanical property tests of product welded test coupons sample for the ethylene spherical tank in one company were performed after welding and postweld heat treatment, the impact values of the vertical position welds could not complied with the design requirements. In this article, primary analysis for the reasons that the weld impact values could not meet the design requirements were performed from the influence factors such as base material, energy input and postweld heat treatment. The required impact toughness value of the spherical tank had been calculated based on fracture mechanics research results. The conclusion can be drawn that this spherical tank is safe under static load, and can running under medium load in restrictive condition, but not safe under impact load.
