正交试验优选二球悬铃木树皮中白桦酯酸的提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选出二球悬铃木树皮中白桦酯酸的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,考察溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数对白桦酯酸提取率的影响,采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果所考察的因素中,对二球悬铃木树皮中白桦酯酸提取率的影响程度为:溶剂浓度>提取次数>溶剂用量>提取时间;最佳工艺为:用6倍量95%的乙醇,提取4次,每次96h。结论本提取工艺可行,可为充分利用二球悬铃木资源提供参考。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the extracting process of betulinic acid from the bark of Platanus acerifolia Willd. METHODS In orthogonal design, we investigated the effects of four factors containing concentration of ethanol, ratio of solid to liquid, frequency of extraction and time of extraction. After the extraction, the determination was done with HPLC.RESULTS The influences of four factors are as following: concentration of ethanol 〉 frequency of extraction〉 ratio of solid to liquid〉 time of extraction. The best extraction conditions were using 95% ethanol as extractor with the ratio of 1:6, and extracting for 96h and 4 times.CONCLUSION The method is simple and practical. These results provide certain scientific basis for further use of Platanus acerifolia Willd.
