摘要 建立松龄太平春酒的质量标准。对其感官指标、常规理化指标进行鉴定及测定,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对枸杞子、齐墩果酸、西红花进行定性鉴别。该酒味纯甜爽,甲醇含量符合国家标准,乙醇含量53%。3种主要成分在对照药材色谱相应位置上,显示相同颜色的斑点。所建立的质量标准方法可靠、结果稳定、重现性好,为松龄太平春酒质量控制标准提供了依据。 In order to establish a quality standard of Songlingtaipingchun alcohol, the Lycium barbarum L., Oleanolic acid and Stigma croci were identified by the TLC. Results. The TLC spots were developed fairly clear and equal to the drugs used for comparison;the content of alcohol was 53%. This method is reliable. The results are stable with a good repeatability and can be used as quality control standard for Songlingtaipingchun alcohol.
