哮喘患儿视听整合持续操作测试对照研究 被引量:2

Comparative study on IVA-CPT in chilidren with asthma

摘要 【目的】探讨哮喘儿童的反应控制力和持续注意力的特征,为临床诊治提供参考依据。【方法】1∶1配对病例-对照研究方法,采用视听整合持续操作测试系统对103例哮喘儿童和103例正常儿童进对照研究。【结果】哮喘儿童组和对照组比较,综合注意力商数、视觉注意力商数、视觉一致性商数、听觉警惕商数、视觉警惕商数、视觉集中商数差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】哮喘儿童可能存在注意力的损害。 [Objective] To investigate the characteristics of control response and sustained attention in children with asthma. [Methods] By a 1:1 matched case-control study, 103 children with asthma were compared with 103 normal children in the study. All participants were assessed with the integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test (IVACPT). The differences between sustained attention and control response were compared. [Result] Full scale attention quotient,visual attention quotient, visual consistency quotient,auditory prudence quotient, visual prudence quotient, visual focus quotient had statistical significance(P〈0. 05). [Conclusion] The present study suggests that attention is impaired in children with asthma.
