摘要
通过对光泽度、白度及抗热震稳定性等多种性能的测试分析,探讨了硅铝比、无光剂种类、釉料细度及冷却方式对无光釉釉面质量的影响,并确定了其最佳配方和制备工艺。结果表明:钙质、镁质的最佳SiO2/Al2O3范围分别为4~6、5,钡质、复合无光釉的最佳SiO2/Al2O3为5,锌质的最佳SiO2/Al2O3范围为4~9;在高温阶段适当保温和缓慢冷却所得样品效果较好。
Glossiness, whiteness and thermal shock resistance were tested to study the effect of silica/alumina ratios, mat agent species, glaze fineness and cooling-down method on the mat glaze quality, in order to determine its optimal batch formula and preparation process. The results indicate that the range of SiO2/Al2O3 ratio is respectively 4~6, 4~7 and 5 for calcium, magnesium, barium and complex mat glaze and 4~9 for zinc mat glaze. Holding for a suitable time at high temperature and slow cooling are better for forming mat effect with high quality.
