摘要
为了研究钙和IAA对番茄耐弱光特性的调控作用,以耐弱光番茄(L.esculentum.Mill)品系W为试材,在桶栽条件下,分别以自然光(CK,实测光通量密度为1160~1340μmol·m-2·s-1)和50%遮光(CKz,实测光通量密度为556.8~656.6μmo·lm-2·s-1)为对照,研究了50%遮光条件下全株喷27mmo·lL-1钙(Z+Ca2+)和钙+IAA(Z+Ca2++I)处理对植株生长发育及产量和品质的调控效应。结果表明:50%遮光的弱光胁迫下叶面喷施CaCl2处理促进了番茄植株生长,与CKz处理相比,番茄株高、茎粗及干物质积累均显著增加,单果重、单株产量、果实内Vc含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性固形物以及糖酸比等均显著和极显著提高,其中糖酸比和Vc含量比CKz处理提高了17.8%和18.58%;且Z+Ca2++I处理的效果比Z+Ca2+处理效果更明显。可见,Ca2+可增强番茄植株对弱光胁迫的耐受性,对减轻弱光胁迫有积极的正调控作用;而且IAA可增强Ca2+的正调控作用。
The effect of calcium and IAA on tomato low light tolerance was studied.One tomato low light tolerance strain W (L.esculentum.Mill)was planted in the pot of greenhouse.Use nature light and 50%nature light intensity as controls,spray distilled water to the whole plant in nature light intensity,plant in 50%nature light intensity were treated with calcium and calcium plus IAA,the effect of calcium and IAA on tomato low light tolerance was studied.The results showed that there was an increase in the plant height,stem wide,dry matter accumulation,average fruit weight and single plant yield of calcium treatment plant under 50%nature light intensity,compared with the other plants under 50%nature light culture(CKz).There was an increase in the content of Vc,soluble sugar,organic acid,and the sugar-acid rate.And some indexes were higher than those of control treatment(CK).Calcium treatment could increase the low light tolerance characteristics of tomato plant.IAA could increased the effect of calcium.
