摘要
用CFD软件对2种不同形状扩张管的催化转换器的速度场、压力场和温度场进行了三维稳态流动数值模拟,模拟结果显示:入口扩张管的形状对催化转换器的气流分布有很大影响,采用圆滑过渡的入口扩张管,不仅可减少压力损失,而且可以使其内部速度分布和温度分布更加均匀.
In this article, multi-dimensional numerical simulation about velocity field, pressure field and temperature field of steady flows in the catalytic converters for two different shapes of the expansion tube is performed. Simulation results show that: the entrance shape of the expansion tube has a great impact on the flow of catalytic converters. Using the expansion tube of smooth transition, not only reduces the pressure loss, but also makes more uniform velocity and temperature distribution.
