摘要
文章从法律法规对高等职业教育的性质、地位、经费投入、就业准入和职业资格制度、"双师型"教师的标准、教师职称晋升、企业参与职业教育以及职业院校产权制度等的规定方面着手,分析了法律法规的缺失和不完善给高等职业教育发展带来的风险,并提出了相应的完善改进措施。
Based on the legal regulations on the nature, social status, investment, employment admittance and occupational qualification system, the criteria of double - skilled teacher, title promotion, enterprises＇ participation in vocational education and property system of higher vocational education, the author analyzes the risk of legal lack and legal imperfectness in the development of higher vocational education and puts forward several measures for improvement.
