摘要
文章设计了一种新型的数控系统检测信号转换器,用在位置/速度编码器与数控系统之间,解决了数控系统控制伺服轴7轴以上对象时,系统的控制精确度、实时性降低的难题。实际应用结果表明:将编码器的正交差分信号转换为SSI信号,工作可靠稳定,实时性强,控制精确度高,具有较高的应用价值。
This paper designs a new type of CNC system detection signal converter used in the velocity between the encoder and numerical control system to solve the 7-axis CNC servo axis control system for more than one object,which reduces the real-time problem of the system control accuracy.Practical application results show that when the differential quadrature encoder signals are converted to SSI signals,the signal converter has such advantages as reliable stability,strong real-time and high application value.
