230例颅内动脉瘤显微手术治疗及效果分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨显微手术治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院近3年经翼点入路显微外科手术治疗的230例颅内动脉瘤的临床资料。结果所有病例均行瘤颈夹闭术。GOS术后评分:恢复良好171例,轻度病残35例,中度病残8例,重度病残5例,死亡5例。结论熟练的显微操作技术,对载瘤动脉和瘤颈的充分显露,重要穿支血管的保护,必要时采用动脉瘤颈逐步缩窄术,以及术中麻醉的配合是手术成功的关键。
