摘要
目前在内燃机的活塞设计中,裙部型线设计一直是个难点。根据设计上比较成功的先进活塞,或经试验磨合而成较为理想的裙部形状,通过曲线拟合,找出其设计规律和设计参数,仍是一个不乏使用,并行之有效的方法。本文提出一种带有连接点约束条件的多段函数N 次多项式拟合方法,并已在活塞纵向型线计算中成功地得以应用,且获得了验证。
Skirt profile is all along a trouble in piston design.Curve fitting based
on a successful designed piston or an ideal skirt profile after engine running in is still
an effective and useful method for acquiring the design guideline and design parameters.
This paper provides a fitting method for a polynomial of degree n with multifunctions
and restrained conjoint points.
