摘要
从空间和时间2个方面论述了几种常用的公交优先方案,借助于微观仿真软件,以重庆市某交叉口的公交优先方案实施为例,通过对现状的公交流量进行现场的调查统计与分析,对交叉口现状的信号配时进行了改善,提出了改善后的配时方案.使用vissim等仿真软件研究了配时改善后的车辆运行情况,并分析了公交专用道、预信号公交控制等方案,以车均延误和人均延误2个指标为定量对比依据,实验数据表明:与现在的车均延误和人均延误相比,使用公交专用道可以使车均延误减小58.15%,人均延误减小59.95%,而使用改善后的信号配时和公交专用道的效果相差不大,该方案可以使车均延误减小55.85%,人均延误减小56.92%,而预信号则使车均延误减小39.14%,人均延误减小41.03%.结合该交叉口的交通情况,说明在饱和度较低的情况下,公交优先方案实施的效果并不显著.
It has important meaning that the bus priority can really be carried into execution in improving the bus's service level and relieving the city's transportation congestion.This paper describes three kinds of bus priority method from the aspect of space and time priority.Using the vissim software to survey a certain intersection in Chongqing,the method's result can be gotten.Using the index of average vehicle delay and average passenger delay,it is analyzed that the bus lanes and improving signal control method have the same effect,and the average vehicle delay is decreasing by 58.15% and 55.85%,the average passenger delay decreases by 59.95% and 56.92%,the pre-signal method decreases the average vehicle delay by 39.14% and the average passenger delay 41.03%.Combining the intersection's traffic condition,it is proved that the bus priority is not the only best method in low saturation.
