摘要 将纳米化Zr-4合金和普通Zr-4合金进行水腐蚀并得到腐蚀面的SEM,利用计算机图像处理技术提取金属/氧化膜界面形貌图,并研究腐蚀界面形貌的分形特征。研究表明:纳米化Zr-4合金的腐蚀产物更具有保护性,其抗腐蚀性能优于普通Zr-4合金;腐蚀界面的分形分维变化说明纳米化Zr-4合金和普通Zr-4合金腐蚀规律不同,并从分形的角度上进一步揭示纳米化Zr-4合金的腐蚀机理。 Nanocrystalline Zr-4 alloy and common Zr-4 alloys were corroded by water and the SEM of etched surface was obtained. The morphology of metal/oxide film interface was extracted from SEM by computer image processing technique. Fractal characteristic of corrosion interface morphology was calculated to explain the nancrystalline Zr-4 alloy corrosion mechanism. It was found that the corrosion resistance of nanerystalline Zr-4 alloy was superior to that of common Zr-4 alloy. Fractal and fractal dimension of corrosion interface of nancrystalline Zr-4 alloy was different from that of common Zr-4 alloy. The corrosion mechanism of nanocrystalline Zr-4 alloy was further revealed by fractal method.
