摘要
容积补偿的差压式气体泄漏检测仪器的压力平衡控制系统由于存在不同检测压力、多种被测件和环境变化等因素,经常会引起参数变化。为了减少参数变化引起检测的误差,采用比例积分微分(PID)的控制方法。文章介绍了容积补偿检测的管路系统、管路控制模块以及容积补偿的PID控制原理,并在实验中检测了不同压力下差压与时间的关系,PID控制在实验中符合系统的要求,并可以对参数进行整定,适用于各种工况。
The pressure balance control system of volume compensation of the pressure gas leak detection equipment for detecting the existence of different pressure, a variety of test cases and factors such as environment change, often lead to change in parameters. In order to reduce the error of detection caused by the change parameters, the paper adopted means of proportion integration differentiation (PID) control, introduced volume compensation detect of pipeline system, pipeline control module and the principle of volume compensation PID control, finally test the relation between the different pressure style and time under different pressure in the experiment. PID control not only consistents with the requirements of system in the experiment but can set the parameter, thus will be able to apply to different kinds of working conditions.[Ch,5 fig. 11 ref. ]
