摘要 设计实现了一个基于PIC18F66J60的LonWorks以太网网关。网关利用电力线智能收发器PL3120和带有以太网接口功能的单片机PIC18F66J60分别实现与LonWorks网络和以太网的接口功能。在硬件SPI接口的基础上,增加了三条握手信号并设计了相应的驱动程序,实现了两个芯片间的双向通信。以太网协议主要通过移植公开的经过实用验证过的Microchip TCP/IP协议栈实现,减小了编程工作量。该设计方案具有电路简单,成本低和可靠性高等特点。 A LonWorks-Ethernet gateway is designed and realized based on PIC18F66J60. The gateway uses PL3120 power line smart transceiver as the interface to LonWorks network, and PIC18F66J60 MCU with Ethernet module as the interface to Ethernet network. In order to realize the bidirectional communication between two chips, three handshake signals are added based on the SPI interface. Accordingly, the corresponding driver is designed. Ethernet protocol is implemented by transplanting Microchip TCP/IP protocol stack which has been proven publicly. The circuit of design is simple and the gateway has advantages such as low cost and high reliability.
