Research on Increment Path of Innovative Human Capital Based on Industrial Cluster Innovation

摘要本文通过对产业集群创新的分析,构建了产业集群创新系统,归纳了产业集群创新系统的六个特征。同时,将创新型人力资本分为四类:企业家型人力资本,管理创新型人力资本,技术创新型人力资本,以及信息型人力资本。根据对产业集群创新系统,以及四类创新型人力资本特质的研究,提出了创新型人力资本在产业集群创新系统中的五条增值路径:主导产业企业的聚集效应产生的路径;主导产业企业和上下游关联企业的集聚效应产生的路径;主导产业企业和竞争企业的聚集效应产生的路径;集群内企业与供应商、客户的聚集效应产生的路径;集群内核心要素与支撑要素的协同效应产生的路径。 In this paper, the innovation system of industrial cluster is established based on the analysis of industrial cluster innovation, and six characteristics of the innovation system of industrial cluster are concluded. Meanwhile, the innovative human capital is classified into 4 categories： entrepreneur human capital, management-innovation human capital, technology-innovation human capital and information human capital. Based on the research on innovation system of industrial cluster and the characteristics of the four kinds of innovative human capital, this article reveals five increment paths of innovative human capital in innovation system of industrial cluster. These increment paths are shown as follows： increment path formed by the effect of enterprises in leading industry; increment path formed by cluster effect between enterprises in leading industry and production-related enterprises; increment path formed by cluster effect between enterprises in leading industry and competitive enterprises; increment path formed by cluster effect among enterprises, suppliers and customers; increment path formed by syneray effect between the key factors and support factors of industrial cluster.
