摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定了1.8%阿维菌素乳油在菜心和土壤中的降解动态和最终残留量。实验结果表明,按推荐使用剂量、2倍推荐使用剂量使用后,阿维菌素在菜心中的半衰期为1.72 d和1.89 d,在土壤中的半衰期为1.89 d和1.70 d。在推荐使用剂量和2倍使用剂量施药3次的情况下,阿维菌素在推荐使用剂量处理的菜心和土壤中均未检出,而在2倍推荐使用剂量处理的菜心和土壤中的残留量分别是5.45μg/kg和3.25μg/kg,属于易分解农药,在菜心上按推荐使用剂量使用是安全的。
The residue dynamics and safety assessment of 1.8 % avermectin EC reverse in Brassica campestris and Soil were tested in the method of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The results showed that their half lives were 1.72, 1.89, 1.89, 1.70 d in Brasscia campestris and soil, respectively, when 1.8 % avermectin EC was applied by recommended dosages and two times. 1.8 % avermectin EC in Brasseia campestris and soil was not detected in 7 d after final application when it was used at there times by a recommended dosage (9mg/mL). These in Brasscia campestris and soil were 5.45 μg/kg and 3.25μg/kg, respectively, when it was used at three times by two recommended dosage of avermectin in Brasscia campestris and soil. So avermectin is decomposable pesticide. It is safe when 1.8 % avermectin EC was applied in Brasscia campestris by recommended dosages.
