摘要
采用卡尔·费休法、蒸馏法和气相色谱法分别测定水性涂料的水分的含量,并比较了3种方法的精密度、准确度。实验表明,卡尔·费休法相对标准偏差和回收率不符合实验要求,不适用于水分含量较高的水性涂料的测定;而蒸馏法和气相色谱法的相对标准偏差和回收率均符合实验要求,值得推广应用。
Karl Fischer method, distillation method and gas chromatography were used to determine moisture content in water - borne coatings, and the precision and accuracy of the three methods were compared. The merits and demerits of these methods were pointed out. Experiments showed that Karl Fischer did not apply to water - borne coating of moisture content determination, and the other two methods were applied to the moisture content determination, which was worth to be promoted.
