摘要
Olive oil/water emulsions solely stabilized by calcite particles were prepared.The effect of the size and amount of the calcite particles,the volume ration of oil to water,and the concentration of sodium carbonate in water phase on the drop size and the stability of the emulsions were investigated.The controlled release performance of ethyl acetate in the emulsions was discussed.The results showed that the emulsions were of oil in water type.The drop size of the emulsions increased with the increasing of the calcite particle size and the volume ratio of oil to water,while decreased with the increasing of the amount of calcite particles and the concentration of carbonate concentration.The stability of the emulsions decreased with the increase of the volume ratio of oil to water and the concentration of sodium carbonate,while increased with the increase of the amount of calcite particles.Ethyl acetate dissolved in the dispersed phase of the emulsions stabilized by calcite particles showed a certain degree of controlled release behavior.
