废革屑负载Fe(Ⅲ)用于UV-Fenton法处理造纸废水 被引量:5

UV-Fenton Oxidation of Paper-Making Wastewater Using Fe-immobilized Leather Waste as Catalyst

摘要 以制革的废革屑为载体,通过固载Fe(III),制备了一种新型UV-Fenton反应的非均相催化剂(Fe-CF),并研究其对造纸废水光解氧化的催化特性。研究发现,当Fe-CF用量为0.5g·L-1,H2O2用量17mg·L-1,在光照(254nm、10W)条件下,废水光解氧化110min后其总有机碳TOC去除率达50.3%。结果表明,Fe-CF能有效促进造纸废水中木素的光解氧化及矿化,降低污染负荷,并通过改变废水成分特性,改善其生化处理性。 A novel heterogeneous catalyst(Fe-CF)for Fenton reaction was prepared by immobilizing Fe (III) onto leather waste,and its catalytic activity for the UV-Fenton oxidation of wastewater from paper-making was investigated. The results indicated that the catalyst accelerated the decomposition and mineralization of lignin in the wastewater, and consequently improved the biodegradability of the wastewater. Catalyzed by Fe-CF(0.5g·L^-1), TOC of wastewater was removed by 50.3% within 110 min under UV irradiation (254nm,10W) in the presence of H202 (17mg·L^-1). Therefore, the use of Fe-CF in disposing wastewater discharged from paper-making may can be expected.
