摘要
在总结流域突发性水污染事故特点和应急技术的基础上,提出了南四湖流域应急体系的构想。体系包括4个方面:风险源识别管理与数据库构建、应急监控网络优化、突发水污染事故预警和突发水污染事故应急处理处置。
On the basis of the summary of advanced experience on the basin emergency techniques, the conception of Nansi lake basin emergency system was put forward. The system included four aspects： the risk of source identification management and database construction, emergency monitoring network optimization, sudden water pollution early-warning system, and water pollution accident emergency treatment and disposal.
