摘要
利用灰色系统理论,研究顾客对于商品包装满意度的评价问题.从商品包装的特点和顾客满意度的主观特性出发,构建顾客满意度评价体系,结合顾客问卷调查结果,构建相应的多层次灰色评价模型,并用实例说明模型的有效性。
This paper studies the evaluation of customer satisfaction index in packaging by the grey knowledge, and establishes assessment system about customer satisfaction index in packaging on the basis of characteristics of the packaging and subjective characteristics of consumer satisfaction.The author also gives a model of muhilevel grey comprehensive evaluation combing customer survey results. The validity of the model is also shown by an example.
