摘要
目的用GC-MS联用技术分析川木香煨制前后的挥发油成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取生品与煨制品中的挥发油,采用GC-MS分析鉴定。结果川木香煨制前后挥发油成分发生了质和量的变化。生品中,色谱分离出49个峰,质谱确定了38个组分的化学成分,占挥发油相对含量的90.08%;在煨制品中,色谱分离出46个峰,质谱确定了34个组分的化学成分,占挥发油相对含量的88.23%。煨制前后有43种相同的化学成分,9种不同的化学成分,各组分的含量关系发生了变化。结论川木香煨制前后挥发油化学成分有较显著的差别。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components of the volatile oil in Radix Vladimiria souliei (Franch.) Ling before and after paper - roast by GC - MS. METHODS Water vapour distillation was used to extract the volatile oil, then the volatile oil components were analyzed and identified by GC - MS. RESULTS The components of the volatile oil in Radix Vladimiria souliei ( Franch. ) Ling changed a lot before and after paper - roast:for raw herb,49 chromatographic peaks were separated and 38 components were determined. The relative content was 90.08 %. For paper - roast products, 46 chromatographic peaks were separated and 34 components were determined. The relative content was 88.23 %. 43 kinds of chemical components of the volatile oil in Radix Vladimiria souliei( Franch. ) Ling were the same as paper- roast products and 9 kinds of chemical components were different. The contents also changed. CONCLUSION The components of the volatile oil in Radix Vladimiria souliei ( Franch. ) Ling had significant difference before and after paper - roast.
