摘要
目的研究白术茯苓汤不同配比对白术内酯Ⅲ含量的影响。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以Hyperil C18柱(250mm×46mm;5mm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水(48∶52)为流动相,检测波长215nm,流速1mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果复方中白术内酯Ⅲ0.288～2.016μg的线性良好,回归方程为:Y=3×106X-1.126×105(r=0.9993),平均回收率为98.22%,RSD=1.892%。结论所用方法测定简便快速、可靠,可用于该复方中白术内酯Ⅲ的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To research the influence of the Atractylodes Poria soup with different ratio on the content of atractylenolide Ⅲ. METHODS A reversed phase HPLC method was established to determine the content of atractylenolide Ⅲ. The samples were analyzed on C18 column（ 250 mm× 46 mm ,5 μm）, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -H2O（48 ： 52） at the detection wavelength of 215 nm ,the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear range was from 0. 288 to 2. 016μg for atractylenolide Ⅲ with regression equation as ： Y = 3 × 10^6X - 1. 126 × 10^4 （ r = 0. 9993 ）. The average recovery was 98.22% with RSD of 1. 892% （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION It proves that the process is easy operating and accurate, and can be used to determine the contents of Atractylenolide m in Atractylodes Poria soup.
