摘要
为了探索不同锌源及其水平对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,选用硫酸锌和蛋氨酸锌2种锌源,在日粮30mg/kg、60mg/kg、90mg/kg3个水平下,研究了不同锌源及其水平对肉用仔鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。结果表明:不同锌源对肉鸡1~21d和22~42d的日增重、日采食量、料肉比影响差异均达显著水平。其中,添加硫酸锌60mg/kg能够提高肉鸡的生长性能并且优于蛋氨酸锌。不同的锌源和水平对肉鸡42d的屠宰性能(除腹脂率外)影响差异不显著。
Zinc sulfate and Zinc methionine (Zn-Met) with levels of 30mg/kg, 60mg/kg, and 90kg/ kg, respectively, were used to evaluate the effect of different zinc sources and their levels on growth and carcass performance of broider chicks. The results showed that Zinc sources had significant effects on average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), and feed to gain ratio (F/G) (P〈0.05). The effect of 60mg/kg Zinc sulfate on improving growth performance of broiler chicks was superior to Zn-Met. Zinc sources and levels had no significant effect on dressing performance except abdomen fat rate (P〉0. 05).
