摘要
目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症杜氏手法及中医辨证分型治疗效果。方法:本组150例,采用杜氏手法为主,辅以其他推拿手法,结合中药内服、外敷,中医辨证分型施治。结果:优92例,良45例,好转11例,无效2例。结论:杜氏手法及中医药辨证施治是治疗腰椎间盘突出症较理想的方法之一。临床效果与手法、中医药辨证施治密切相关。
Objectives： We discuss Du＇s massage, partings of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation, treating methods and clinical result of LIDP. Methods： There were 150 patients. We treated them by using Du＇s massage mainly and other massages auxiliary; adding internal using and external using TCM to treat LIDP based on syndrome differentiation. Resuits： 92 are excellent; 45 are good; 11 are fair; 2 are invalid. Conclusions： Du＇s massage combined with TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation is one of the best ways to treat LIDP. The clinical method is related is related to Dr＇s massage combined with TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
