摘要
目的内皮素(endothelin,ET)系统在多种恶性肿瘤中均有表达且对恶性肿瘤的演进具有重要调控作用,文中对喉癌细胞HEP2是否存在ET系统进行探讨。方法应用RT-PCR和免疫组化方法分别检测HEP2细胞ET系统的基因和蛋白表达,ELISA法对HEP2细胞ET1分泌情况进行检测。结果HEP2细胞存在ET系统基因及蛋白表达,同时能主动分泌ET1。结论人喉癌细胞存在ET系统的表达,ET1可能是促进喉癌病理发展的重要生物因子。
Objective The endothelin system is expressed in a variety of malignant tumors and has an important regulatory effect on their progression. This study was to investigate the expression of the endothelin system in HEP＇2 cells. Methods We detec- ted the expression of the endothelin system in HEP2 cells by RT- PCR and immunohistochemistry, and determined the production of en- dothelin 1 by the ELISA method. Results RT- PCR and immunohistochemistry showed the gene and protein expressions of the endothelin system and the excretion of endothelin 1 in HEP2 cells. Conclusion The endothelin system is expressed in HEP2 cells, and endothelin 1 may be an important biological factor in the progression of laryngeal carcinoma.
