摘要
分析了中小套型的住户群及其特点,探讨了中小套型住宅设计主要应考虑的几个方面,提出了住宅设计在整体上应遵循的原则,从而为不同人群的不同需要保留多种选择的可能,增加空间布置的灵活性,提高空间利用率。
The residents of media and small sized apartments and their characteristics are analyzed. Matters deserving attentions in design of media and small sized apartments are mainly discussed, at the same time principles should be followed integrated design of this kind of houses are presented, in order to provide more selections for different groups to increase the flexibility of spatial placement as well as space utilization ratio.
