摘要
目的:研究槲树叶中总黄酮提取工艺的优选路线。方法:本文通过正交试验以槲树叶中黄酮提取量为指标设计合理的槲树叶提取工艺。结果:槲树叶乙醇提取最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度50%,加醇12、10、10倍量,提取2次,每次提取1h。出膏率及总黄酮提取率均较高,且重现性较好。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行,适合工业化大生产的要求。
Objective:About the selecting of total flavonoids abstracting technique from quercus leaves.Methods:In this paper, take the extracted of flavonoids in quercus leaves as guide line, and the optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design. Results:quercus leaves and extract the best technology for ethanol: adding the 50% ethanol to 12,10 and 10 times, 2 times, 1 hour each time. The rate of extraction and baicalin was all higher, and re-appear was good Conclusion: It has proved that the optimum technology is stable and suitable for the industral requst.
