摘要
针对目前长江口船舶定线制的实施情况,结合该水域船舶流的特点,提出了在该定线制水域的正规航法及应采取的适当措施,以确保长江口船舶定线制的有效实施和船舶航行安全。
In View of the implementation of the ship＇s routing system of the Yangtze River Estuary and the characteristics of traffic flow within the waters over the past year, navigating with some proper manners and appropriate measures in the waters are brought forward in this paper supporting the effective implementation of the ship＇s routing system of the Yangtze River Estuary and make sure that vessels navigate safely.
