摘要
研究了重载货车车轮三维有限元模型的边界条件和各种相关参数的确定方法。运用有限元软件ANSYS,分别进行了23t和25t轴重货车踏面制动时车轮的三维瞬态温度场的仿真与分析。同时对直线制动和曲线制动两种工况进行应力分析,并对计算结果进行了评定。分析结果表明:在制动开始阶段,车轮温度迅速上升,高温区出现在闸瓦与踏面摩擦面表层;制动过程结束后,温度下降缓慢。
The boundary conditions and correlative parameters of heavy-haul freight car wheel were researched on the basis of 3-dimentional finite element model. The simulation and analysis of 3-D transient temperature and stress field on the wheel of 23t and 25t axle load were given by applying finite element software ANSYS during tread braking process. The stress distribution by the braking at straight track and curve were calculated and the results were evaluated. The results show that the temperature on the wheel rises rapidly at the beginning of the braking process. The high temperature section concentrates on the surface friction layers where brake block contacts with wheel tread. Temperature is descended slowly after the braking process.
