摘要
研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)存在下,铅与1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)的显色反应,建立了一种微量铅测定的新方法.结果表明:在pH8.5的Na_2B_4O_7-HCl缓冲溶液中,pb^(2+)与PAN及SDBS生成紫红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为560nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.3×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),pb^(2+)质量浓度在0~8μg/mL符合比耳定律.此方法用于印刷厂厂房空气中铅含量检测,结果令人满意.
The chromogenie reaction of Pb( lI ) with 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) was studied in the presence of cationic suffactant sodium dodecyl-benzenesulfonate (SDBS). The results show that Pb( II ) was capable of reacting with PAN and SDBS to form a stable red complex in the medium of Na2B4OT-HCl buffer solution( pH =8.5). At the maximum absorption wavelength of 560nm , the apparent molar absorptivity was 1.3 ×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of O to 8μg/mL Pb ( II ). The method has been appl^ied to the determination of trace Pb (II) in printery atmosphere with satisfactory results.
