摘要
启发式教学是现代素质教育中所提倡的高效率的教学方法,生物化学是食品科学与工程专业一门重要的专业基础课。通过运用启发式教学方法,可以培养和激发学生的学习兴趣、扩展学生的思维、提高学生的学习能力,收到良好的教学效果。
Heuristic mode of teaching is advocated as a efficient method in modem quality education,meanwhile biochemistry is an important specialized basic course in specialty of food science and technology. The students＇ learning interesting can be inspired, the thought can be extended, and their study ability can be improved, and well teaching effects will be attained by using heuristic teaching.
