脂质过氧化反应在家兔肝缺血再灌注损伤中的作用 被引量:34

摘要 同步观察10只家兔肝缺血再灌注损伤(HIRI)时血脂质过氧化物的浓度、谷丙转氨酶活性及肝形态学的变化。发现脂质过氧化物浓度升高与谷丙转氨酶活性增高呈高度显著正相关(r=0.733,P<0.01),并与肝损伤的严重程度呈平行关系。表明脂质过氧化反应在HIRI的发生。 he variation of lipid peroxide (LPO) concentration, glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) activity in the plasma and the morphological changes of liver were observed synchronously during hepatic ischemiareperfusion injury (HIRI) in 10 rabbits. It was found that LPO content increased progressively while GPT activity rose almost in a straight line and there were the positive relationship very significantly (r=0. 733, P<0.01 ) between LPO and GPT, and LPO content was in parallel relationship with the degree of hepatocellular damage.It indicated that LPO would play an important role in the happening and developing of HIRI.
