摘要
在对假发性能研究现状简要陈述的基础上,首次提出了关于假发梳理性的狭义与广义概念,建立了模拟日常生活中假发束纤维梳理动作的简易装置,介绍了测试方法和测试原理;通过对假发样品顺、逆鳞片的测试结果分析,建立了假发束纤维摩擦曲线的表达指标,从而验证了测试方法的可行性。实验结果表明:假发束纤维逆鳞片方向的动、静摩擦力分别大于顺鳞片方向的动、静摩擦力。摩擦曲线的统计结果表明:在实验测试的6个指标中,峰值与谷值平均值最能表达假发束纤维的摩擦性能,可用此指标定量表征假发束纤维梳理的摩擦性能。
Based on the statement on the research status of the wig properties,this paper proposed the narrow and generalized conception about the carding property of the wig,and established a simple device which simulated the carding movement of the wig bundle in our daily life,the test method and principle were also introduced.Through the analysis of the test results based on the wig samples with down-scale and up-scale,the related expression indexes of friction curve about the wig bundle were established,which consequently verified the feasibility of this test method.The experimental results indicated that the dynamic and static friction of the wig bundle with the up-scale,respectively,were higher than that of the down-scale.The statistical results of the friction curve showed that,among the six indexes put forward in this paper,the average of peak-valley value can best reflect the friction performance of the wig bundle,therefore it can be used to the quantitative characterization about the friction property of the wig bundle.
