摘要
目的探讨利多卡因和石蜡油在男性导尿中的应用效果。方法将50例导尿的男性分成2组，25例采用传统方法为常规组，25例导尿前向尿道口内注入0．1％利多卡因3～5ml，1～2min后向尿道口内注入石蜡油3～5ml，再行插管为实验组。重点分析的指标是插管的成功率和插管时间及患者自觉疼痛程度。结果实验组的插管成功次数及患者自觉疼痛程度明显优于常规组。2组比较插管1次成功率和疼痛程度有明显差异。结论操作前尿道口内局部使用利多卡因和石蜡油可提高插管成功率，减少患者疼痛，减轻患者痛苦，值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the lidocaine and paraffin oil in the male effect of catheterization. Methods 50 cases of catheterization would be divided into 2 groups of men,25 cases of useg traditional methods for the conventional group ,25 cases of urethral catheterization prior to the injection of O. 1% lidoeaine with 3 5 ml, 1 -2 min after the urethra within the paraffin oil into the 3 -5 ml, re-intubation for the experimental group. Indicators are the focus of the analysis of the success rate of intubation and intubation time and pain in patients with consciously. Results The experimental group of intubafion in patients with successful conscious pain frequency and obviously superior to the conventional group. 2,group 1 success rate of intubation and the degree of significant difference in pain. Conclusion The operation of anterior urethral lidocaine topical mouth and paraffin oil can improve the success rate of intubation, reduce patient pain, alleviate the suffering of patients, it is worth promoting in clinical.
