谐振过渡软开关单相PWM并网逆变器

摘要 分析了对小功率光伏并网逆变器拓扑结构的要求,简单介绍了几种典型的并网逆变器的拓扑结构,指出了各个拓扑结构的优缺点、效率和适用场合。给出了一种利用软开关技术的单相全桥并网逆变器的拓扑结构(DC/AC),分析了其工作过程,通过谐振可以实现主功率开关的零电压开通和关断,而且辅助开关和二极管都是零电流开通和关断,大大减小了功率器件的开关损耗,提高了逆变器的效率。最后,介绍了开关器件的选择问题。 The requirements of the small power grid-connected photovoltaic inverter topology were analyzed and several typical topologies were introduced. The advantages, the disadvantages, the efficiency and the applications of each topology were pointed out. A novel topology of single-phase full-bridge inverter (DC/AC) with the soft-switch technology was given and its working process was analyzed. The main power switch could be open or closed zero-voltage by resonance, and the auxiliary and switches diodes could also be open or closed zero-current, which greatly reduced the switch-wastage and improved the efficiency of the inverter. Finally, the choice of switching devices was introduced.
